CADSoftTools has announced the release of the new version of its CAD Image DLL library - CAD Image DLL 7.
Now CAD Image DLL with new kernel supports AutoCAD™ DWG and DXF file formats up to 2009 version.
CAD Image DLL as plugin for IrfanView and other viewers and converters:
New features and enhancements:
- Import of DXF binary files.
- Previous DWG files are supported (down to version "AC1002").
- HPGL/HPGL2 file format - Bezier splines are supported.
- Complex line types.
- Image cutting in DWG/DXF files.
- Support of the INSERT with the specified number of columns.
- Optimized by memory usage: CIRCLE, ARC, ELLIPSE, SPLINE.
- AutoCAD™ WIPEOUT, MLINE, HELIX, TOLERANCE, TRACE, SHAPE, PROXY (including AEC) entities are supported.
- Improved display of MTEXT, LEADER, ACAD_PROXY_ENTITY, SPLINE, LWPOLYLINE entities.
- Display of ACAD_TABLE entity for DWG files added.
- Improved display of DWG, HPGL-2, PCL files.
- Faster procession of TIFF files.
- Display of POINT entity in different modes.
- Display of extended UNICODE for TTF fonts.
- All ANSI-codepages are supported.
- New snap types.
- Quantity of points in polyline is limited.
- Crossing point will be searched only for solid lines, for FLATPOLY entity - will be not.
- Deep scaling improved.
- DXF Loading optimized for files with a big amount of blocks (layers and styles). In some cases the speed is increased up to ten times.
New classes, functions, properties:
- New classes Point2D, Point3D, Rect2D, Rect3D instead of structures.
- New function ShowRect.
- New property UseSizeDialog.
- Function DXFImage became a property.
