scrollbar position

Hello,

I work with CADImport.NET 7.2.7 and I use a CADPictureBox.
When I do zoom-in whit mouse wheel the scrollbars appear, but I can't correctly use them. The vertical scrollbar is in the maximum top position, but the superior part of the image is not visible and I can't visualize it using the bar.

How can I solve this issue?
