Not working in 3D

I am new to the forum. I downloaded the viewer and upgraded my .NET viewer on my Dell X51v. I have a 3D AutoCaD 2006 drawing and it is, 1. Not showing a complete drawing, 2. Will not rotate, and 3. Does not have any help files.

Can anyone help me?
