CAD Import VCL trial version is available at: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/cadimportvcl.zip
DXF Export VCL trial version is available at: http://www.cadsofttools.com/download/dxfexportvcl.zip
Both packages contain already compiled demo applications with their source code.
