The Run AutoCAD button allows to open the current DWG or DXF file with AutoCAD installed on the computer.
The External CAD Viewer (or Run AutoCAD) 
button allows to open the currently loaded DWG or DXF file with AutoCAD or DWGTrueViewinstalled on the computer. The button can be found in the Viewer tab in the section Browse.
